OUTING TO GARDENS BY THE BAY

The day was bright and the mood was light as we embarked on an outing with a group of seniors from the AWWA Dementia Day Care Centres. Our destination was the cool enclaves of the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay. Strolling through the iconic conservatories and admiring the vibrant floral displays, the elderly were all smiles as they posed for pictures. Beyond the scenic greenery, it was the warm interactions between the elderly and our volunteers that made the outing truly meaningful. As they say, nothing beats good company!
